Health-Related Project Administrator
Temporary position, $21-25/hour, 32+ hrs a week
The Health-Related Project Administrator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating all activities within the parameters of the Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Program initiatives. This role will investigate the feasibility of the HRSN Program regarding rendering services and securing sustainable funding for client services. This role will involve coordination, staff training, and direct interaction with clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds to assist them in accessing essential resources related to health-related social needs and fiscal management.
Support Worker
Part-time position, $16-18/hour, up to 30 hrs a week
This position serves the CSS mission by building trusting relationships and modeling positive social skills with our clients. The position's main purpose is to set a social tone that is aligned with organizational values and expectations, while helping program participants transition from street life to community life.
