Community Facilitator
$18.00- $22.00 per hour 30 hours per week
Serves the CSS mission by fostering intentional community through maintaining safety and tidiness of safe spot communities, facilitating weekly meetings, and providing basic case/care management for members of Safe Spot Communities. This position leads a small outreach team and coordinates with relevant departments at CSS that help to provide a low-barrier shelter option and meaningful experience for program participants accessing services and residing across multiple safe spot communities.
