Service Navigator After Care Specialist
Starting Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Hours vary between 30-35 hrs/week
This position serves the CSS mission by supporting CSS Safe Spot program participants that are successfully securing their housing and transitioning from hut to housing. The Aftercare Specialist assists clients transitioning out of our program to access rent and utility assistance programs, achieve and maintain stable housing, access a wide range of useful community resources, and stay connected to the community. All client interaction is founded in Person-Centered, Housing-First and Trauma-Informed approaches.
